Dukh gives sorrow a place on the board. Loss, disappointment and separation can affect how a familiar world feels. The square does not explain why you are hurting or imply that understanding a lesson will make the pain end.
Sometimes a situation calls for action; sometimes there is little to fix and much to acknowledge. You may want company, privacy, practical help or a way to remember what mattered. Different needs can appear at different times.
If this theme touches your question, you can choose how far to explore it. There is no need to turn every painful experience into a positive story. A small, honest description of what is difficult may be enough for this turn.
