Swatch concerns clarity: being able to describe an experience without immediately filling every gap with an explanation. It closes the fourth row of the board, but reaching it does not prove that earlier themes have been mastered.
Clarity can be modest. You may realize that two concerns have been mixed together, that a decision is missing information, or that you need to say something more directly. Recognizing an uncertainty can be a clearer position than holding onto a confident guess.
Take one sentence about your situation and look at its parts. Which words describe events? Which name feelings, expectations or assumptions? Keeping those distinctions visible may help you decide what to ask next.
