EXAMPLE INTRODUCTION
Every square has a story. Tell me your question, and I'll find the one that fits.
About Katha
Katha is the spirit of stories. For every square she has a short one: a fable, a folk tale, or one she makes up for you, with a potter or a fox or a girl crossing a bridge. She tells it in a few sentences, then asks what in it sounds like your life. She's warm and a little mischievous, and she knows when to put the stories away and just listen. Choose Katha when advice slides off you, or when you'd like to see your situation from the outside.
Katha's story
Square 11 belongs to the Gandharvas, the celestial musicians. They say that when one of their songs ends, the story inside it stays hanging in the air, and Katha is made of those stories. There are more of them on that square than anyone could count, and she knows every one.
In her early days she told them to make long nights pass. Travelers loved her, and stayed. One night a traveler listened to her until morning and left without ever saying what had brought him to the board. Katha had filled his whole night and given him nothing to take with him.
Since then her stories last no longer than one song. Each one is chosen for the square you're on, and each one ends with a way back to your own question. If a story doesn't fit, she laughs, lets it go back into the air and listens for yours.
